A Native Iowan, Kathryn graduated from the University of Northern Iowa with a B.A. in Exercise Science. After working in retail for 10+ years Kathryn started working with a Life Coach because she knew there was a greater purpose for her life. After working with her life coach and learning specific tools to build confidence, step into her purpose, she decided to obtain her Life Coaching Certification. After completion of her Living Motivated Life Coaching Certification, Kathryn has obtained her Master Reiki Certification and has been enjoying performing attunements on new clients who desire to improve their energy and health. Kathryn was married in July of 2017 to her long time love, Chris. They live in Waterloo, Iowa. They enjoy doing yard work, hanging out with their dog Nigel, they love spending time with their three nephews and one niece, watching WWE, and selling anything and everything on eBay.
